OUCH!
This workout wasn’t named, so I made one up. Dave told me Nikki came up with this one, so I named it appropriately as “Nikki’s Mean Workout”. I am sure she can do worse, however.
Anyway, here it is:
- 300 jumps (double-unders if you are nuts)
- 200 lunges
- 100 squats
- 75 v-twists
- 50 sit ups
My time was 23:10.
Jody was the only other person in class with me. She did double-unders and only came in a minute after me. Good job!
I doubt I will be doing much walking in the next few days.
