Yesterday’s workout was really tough. I thought I would be able to do it as RX’d, but my lower back was not cooperative.

- 10 KB Swings (L)
- 10 KB In & Outs (R)
- 10 KB In & Outs (L)
- 10 KB Clean & Jerks (R)
- 10 KB Clean & Jerks (L)
I did the first round and a little bit of the 2nd RX’d, but then my lower back started to get really tight. I decided it would be better to drop the weight and finish the workout rather than hurt myself, so I dropped it down to 1 pood.
My time was 16:18.
