Workouts

Last week’s (3/13/2009) workout was the following:

  • 13 goblet squats, 13 jumping squats – 5x
  • 13 pushups, 13 power overs – 5x
  • 13 walking lunges, 13 crane leaps (it’s a KF thing) – 5x
    My time: 19:55

This workout hurt like a MoFo and I pretty much, just yesterday started feeling better.

Today’s workout was the following:

“Race To 150”

50-40-30-20-10

  • Pushups
  • Air squats
  • Jumping jacks
    My time: 9:55

I tried my best to keep good form on these, especially the pushups. I had to go down to my knees to maintain form as I was consistently hitting muscle failure. I went as deep as I could on all squats.
