Feeling sorta blech from the sushi last night. Skipping.
2 eggs with minced corned beef, peppers, and onions, with some shredded sharp cheddar wrapped in a low carb flat bread thing.Â
3 slices of bacon.Â
Coffee.

Wasn’t really that hungry. A few bites of fruit and a handful of raw nuts.
