Starting WODs Tomorrow

Some of my friends have recently starting going to Crossfit. I wish I had the money to do this. At this point in time, I do not. People often say that people have money and time for the things they really want. Right now, I want to pay my debt off more than I want to pay for crossfit. Maybe once all that is gone, I will be able to afford the monthly price tag.

At any rate, I am going to starting doing the WOD (workout of the day) at home if it’s something that is doable in my garage. Doable also means doable with exercise substitutions. Tomorrow’s looks pretty good and certainly doable in my garage:

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 15 Squats

Also, I have been looking over my food blog and it’s apparent to me that I eat entirely too much cheese. Don’t get me wrong. Cheese is awesome and I love it. I think that’s the problem. I am going to try cutting cheese out for a while and see how that works for me. I have some in the fridge that I will be using sparingly until it’s gone and then I won’t be buying it from the store anymore unless it’s for something specific.

I am also getting back on track with IF. The past few weeks have been rough diet and exercise wise with me being away for the past 14 out of 21, but since I am home now, it’s time to get on it. I am fasting until lunch tomorrow.

You should come to Ryon’s Friday class. I think that’s a good substitute for the Crossfit thing. I live right by there and I see those folks out there at, like, 5 a.m. Like you, I’d give it a try if it weren’t for the money. I bought a lifetime Shaolin membership and, while I’m in the profit margin now, I simply cannot justify joining another exercise facility. I’m totally addicted to Ryon’s class and I’m am stronger now than I have ever been in my life. He teaches over there and has brought a bunch of stuff to Friday’s class from his experiences there.
