Tried some reverse pyramiding today. I liked it.

  • 2 min on the Airdyne to warm up
  • 3×5 Back Squat: 280#, 275#, 265#
  • 3×5 Bench Press: 225# (F@3), 205#, 195#
  • 3×5 Clean: 170#, 165#, 155# (full squat on the last set)
