Starting Strength #5

Yesterday was the 5th installment in the quest for strong. I increased in 2/3 areas.

  • Back Squat: 3×5 @ 274# (Dave advised to keep this the same as last workout as I failed out on my last rep last time).
  • Bench Press: 3×5 @ 185#
  • Dead Lift: 1×5 @ 335#

Today was a quickie on the C2. 8 x 30s all out, 1min recovery pulls.
