Lunch

Fajita delicioso salad. Mixed greens, spinach, chicekn with peppers, onions, and mushrooms (from yesterday). Topped with home made guac.

3 eggs “huevos locos” (thanks for the info, Ryon), omelette style, stuffed with home made guac and salsa.

Handful of raw nuts and some pineapple.

Doritos Casserole sans the DoritosÂ (chopped beef, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cheese)
Mixed green & spinach salad.

Chicken breast with sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Topped with salsa, some sour cream and some home made guac (yum).
Mixed greens and spinach with walnut oil and balsamic.

Kerbey Lane:
2 scrambled eggs, bacon, grapes, and a pear.

Apple with peanut butter.

Handful of raw mixed nuts.

Mixed greens, spinach, tomato, bacon bits, turkey, walnut oil, and balsamic.
