Brisket, sausage.. a little bbq sauce and a few bites of cole slaw from J&J.

Wasn’t really that hungry. A few bites of fruit and a handful of raw nuts.

Cobb salad with soy Ginger dressing.
Lunch
Completed a 24 hr fast.
– Some left over brisket.
– Mixed green salad.
– Veggie burger sans bun with a sauce made of the following: mayo, red hot, chopped pickles.

Mixed greens, grilled steak, tomato, celery, shredded pecorino, bacon bits, raw nuts, walnut oil, balsamic vinegar,

3 Scrambled eggs & 1/2 large avocado.

Raw mixed nuts

Chopped bbq chicken with home made mac & cheese. Mixed green salad on the side.

Ugh…
Been 4 days since I blogged what I ate. For the most part it hasn’t been too bad, but, I have strayed a bit off course this weekend. I think it’s time to go back to pictures. It’s too easy to slack off when I say “I’ll just write it later”.
