Handfull of raw mixed nuts.
Chicken spaghetti made with low carb pasta.
Feeling sorta blech from the sushi last night. Skipping.

2 pieces of roasted dark chicken with a roasted vegetable mixture (corn, carrots, peppers, mushrooms). I picked the potatoes out. I know the corn’s not great, but I didn’t have the patience to pick it out.
2 eggs with minced corned beef, peppers, and onions, with some shredded sharp cheddar wrapped in a low carb flat bread thing.Â
3 slices of bacon.Â
Coffee.
Corned beef and cabbage. Hold the potatoes. A plum for dessert.
