V loves it and it&#8217;s pretty much a staple dessert in our house. Note that you can use whatever fruit you wish, but I most commonly use peaches. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Hardware:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medium size pot\n<li>Potato masher\n<li>Standard size pie plate\n<li>Parchment or wax paper\n<li>Small\/med mixing bowl\n<li>Measuring cups\n<li>Small glass\n<li>Spoon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Software:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.5c Almond Flour\n<li>2.0c Sliced Peaches (fresh or frozen)\n<li>0.5c Water\n<li>3 Tbs Butter\n<li>2 Tbs Arrowroot Powder\n<li>6 Stevia Packets\n<li>Cinnamon <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Method: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Pre-heat oven to 350F. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1467.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1467\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1467\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1467_thumb.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2) Get 1.5c of almond meal\/flour and put it in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1458.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1458\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1458\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1458_thumb.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3) Get some finger-fulls of butter and grease up your pie plate. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1459.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-right-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1459\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1459\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1459_thumb.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4) Melt the 3 Tbs of butter however you wish. I really don&#8217;t care how you do it.
