It&#8217;s really simple, quick to prep, and delicious. <\/p>\n<p>What you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ribs (I usually use spare or St. Louis)<\/li>\n<li>Baking Sheet<\/li>\n<li>Foil<\/li>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<li>Oven<\/li>\n<li>Spices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you do:<\/p>\n<p>1) Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_11122.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1112\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1112\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_1112_thumb2.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2) If you&#8217;ve bought a full rack of ribs, you can leave it intact, just make sure you have enough foil to completely wrap the ribs. I usually cut my racks in half. ANYWAY&#8230; get your ribs on to some foil. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_11022.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1102\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1102\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_1102_thumb2.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3) Get your spices together. For this dry rub, I use salt, paprika, garlic, and pepper. Make sure you get a good, even coating. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_11072.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1107\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1107\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_1107_thumb2.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>6) Place your ribs with the meatier side down.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_11092.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1109\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1109\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_1109_thumb2.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>7) Get ~2 tablespoons of water and pour it around the edge of the ribs. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_11082.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"IMG_1108\" border=\"0\" alt=\"IMG_1108\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_1108_thumb2.jpg\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>8) Wrap them up as tightly as you can.
