I thought I would be able to do it as RX&#8217;d, but my lower back was not cooperative. <\/p>\n<p>4 rounds: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 KB Swings (R)<\/li>\n<li>10 KB Swings (L)<\/li>\n<li>10 KB In &amp; Outs (R)<\/li>\n<li>10 KB In &amp; Outs (L)<\/li>\n<li>10 KB Clean &amp; Jerks (R)<\/li>\n<li>10 KB Clean &amp; Jerks (L)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I did the first round and a little bit of the 2nd RX&#8217;d, but then my lower back started to get really tight.
