{"id":1391,"date":"2011-03-15T00:45:49","date_gmt":"2011-03-15T00:45:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/?p=1391"},"modified":"2011-03-15T00:45:49","modified_gmt":"2011-03-15T00:45:49","slug":"fit-test-03-14-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/?p=1391","title":{"rendered":"Fit Test 03.14.2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HOLY CRAP!?! <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.familyofgoldsteins.com\/?p=1078\" target=\"_blank\">Has it really been a year since the last fit test?!<\/a> I guess so! <\/p>\n<p>I will spare you the &#8220;I&#8217;m so tired&#8221; and &#8220;I didn&#8217;t feel like working out&#8221; spiel as you have seen it like 234702348023748 times already&#8230; Today&#8217;s WOD went like this: <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Warm up<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 squat snatches  &#8211;  whatever weight you wanted. I started with the bar then worked my way up to 125#. My squat snatches are getting A LOT better. <\/li>\n<li>Stretches, during which time a wasp stung my hand. What!?<\/li>\n<li>100 double unders  &#8211;  took about 2:30. Pretty sure that&#8217;s a PR. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>WOD  &#8211;  Fit Test<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400m time trial<\/li>\n<li>1 minute of push ups<\/li>\n<li>1 minute of sit ups<\/li>\n<li>Tabata Squats<\/li>\n<li>1 minute of pull ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My numbers this time were: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400m run: 1:35, previously 1:42 <\/li>\n<li>Push ups: 44, previously 40 <\/li>\n<li>Sit ups: 36, previously 31<\/li>\n<li>Tabata squats: 135, previously 104 <\/li>\n<li>Pull Ups: 20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I ran really hard on the 400, so I&#8217;m pretty happy with that. I think I can probably do a lot better on the pull ups and push ups. My sit ups&#8230; well, I have made peace with them.
