It&#8217;s funny how the entire area goes bananas when we get snow. Although it&#8217;s probably the right choice to make sure no one gets hurt, the NY&#8217;er in me finds the response to less than 1&#8243; of snow to somewhat hilarious. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Tuesday, 2\/1\/2011<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3&#215;3 snatch  &#8211;  This just sucked for me. I don&#8217;t really know what to attribute it to. Cold, tired, sore&#8230; just a bad day. Things just weren&#8217;t working and for whatever reason, I just could not get the technique to go like I usually do. On Monday, I was snatching 145# pretty effortlessly. This time, I was having problems with 115#. Some days you got it, and some days you don&#8217;t. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tabata Tabata&#8221; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40s on \/ 20s off on the C2, must stay within 3 calories of previous round. <\/li>\n<li>Penalty of 1 strict pull up for every calorie outside of plus\/minus 3 of previous round. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of my rounds were either 12 or 13 calories. No strict pull ups for me! <\/p>\n<p><strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Wednesday, 2\/2\/2011<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Double Your Fun&#8221; (I named this one myself)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 power cleans<\/li>\n<li>30 ring dips<\/li>\n<li>12 power cleans<\/li>\n<li>24 ring dips<\/li>\n<li>9 power cleans <\/li>\n<li>18 ring dips<\/li>\n<li>6 power cleans<\/li>\n<li>12 ring dips<\/li>\n<li>3 power cleans<\/li>\n<li>6 ring dips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My time was 14:05. I started out with the purple band on the dips because I wanted to work my range of motion. Somewhere at about 15 or so, I started failing out, so I just took the band off and decided to kip. I guess you can&#8217;t really say that I fully Rx&#8217;d this one, but I mostly Rx&#8217;d it. I still paid attention to my ROM on the dips as much as possible, but man, 90 of them is no small task. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CFCP is closed tonight due to snow.
