Going about our daily lives, we never really stop to think that we should be happy that it doesn&#8217;t hurt to walk, sit, stand, etc. <\/p>\n<p>I hurt my back on Saturday trying to do a 1RM back squat of 355#. I didn&#8217;t think that I was asking my body to do something unreasonable. Sadly though, I have been in a pretty good amount of pain for the past 4 days. <\/p>\n<p>I have been going to my chiropractor everyday since Monday and am starting to feel a bit better. I can walk around now with less pain, but sitting and laying down are still problematic. I was really scared that I had done something really bad and maybe had a disc problem. After examining me, he was pretty sure that it was nothing more than a severely strained or pulled muscle. <\/p>\n<p>I guess the point that I am trying to make is that we never really pay attention to how well our bodies move and work.
