I did the first round unbroken but then needed to split them up after that. <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What needs improvement? <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Box jumps for sure. I always tell myself that I am going to jump, then do whatever the first exercise is (in this case double unders, which are coming along&#8230;) then pretty much just step the whole time. <\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Overall feel<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>I felt better on this WOD that I had on some of the previous ones while we were away, but I think this a good one to illustrate how what you eat really does affect your performance. I got really tired really fast on this one. I gassed out pretty quickly and just did my best to keep going.
