Woke up, V took me to Scotty’s house. Went to KF.

Awesome tai chi today. Had a few really good moments of a quiet mind. Great review of lower belt material and 5 directional palm thanks to Sifu Ben.

Left class, went to Costco. Returned wet vac b/c it was eh. Bought tons of produce, some new sheets, and some cacti for the front. Got smoothies. Back to class.

Reviewed 4 black tigers. I fucking love cartwheels!

Watched V’s class warm up, then I helped her review. Tai chi started and I reviewed my 1st degree material. I am starting to feel ready to test in August.

Today’s our first cheat day since going paleo. Went to get pizza then milkshakes. Man, did we feel horrible after. V almost threw up! Came home, fell asleep hard… amazing how quickly the body forgets how to deal with all the shit that is in common food.

Just got up and showered, going to Scotty’s house for UFC. FUN!
